Cancellation Policy

Clear and consistent scheduling policies help maintain the integrity of this work and ensure that session times are honoured for all clients. Please read the following cancellation terms carefully before booking.

Booking Deposit

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled session.

  • For cancellations, rescheduling requests made within 48 hours, or non-attendance, the deposit becomes non-refundable and is retained as the late cancellation fee.

The remaining 75% of the session fee is payable at the time of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

More than 48 hours before your appointment:

  • You may cancel or reschedule your session without penalty.

  • Your deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to a new appointment, depending on your preference.

Within 48 hours of your appointment:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours result in the loss of your deposit.

  • This policy reflects the time reserved for you and the limited availability for other clients.

No-shows:

  • Failure to attend your appointment without notice results in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • A new deposit will be required to rebook.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the scheduled time to respect the appointments that follow. The full session fee applies.

Illness or Emergencies

If you are unwell or experiencing an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Some exceptions may be made at the practitioner’s discretion.
