Spinal Energetics is a gentle, somatic modality that works with the spine, nervous system, and energetic field to support the body’s natural capacity to reorganise. Through light contact or non-contact facilitation, the practitioner meets your system in a way that invites unwinding, softening of holding patterns, and increased coherence throughout the body.

Rather than forcing or directing change, Spinal Energetics works with what your body is already doing. The process honours innate intelligence, allowing tension, emotional overwhelm, and long-standing protective responses to adjust and unwind, when conditions feel safe and supportive.

  • Yes, Spinal Energetics is gentle and generally safe for most people. Because the work is non-invasive and guided by your body’s natural responses, it adapts to your level of comfort and readiness. If you are pregnant, have acute injuries, or have specific medical considerations, please let me know so the session can be adjusted or alternative options explored.

  • Unlike chiropractic or massage, Spinal Energetics does not use manipulation, pressure, or force. Instead, it works with the body’s own intelligence, helping you connect with and unwind holding patterns from the inside out. Movements, if they arise, come from your system, not from the practitioner directing or creating them.

  • Every person responds differently. Some notice changes within one session, while others benefit from several sessions to build familiarity and integration. Many clients find a series of three sessions helpful for deeper, more sustainable change. You are welcome to book more frequently or spread sessions out, depending on what feels supportive, though we do recommend having two weeks minimum in between sessions to allow for integration.

  • Yes. Spinal Energetics can be facilitated both in person and online. Because much of the process involves working with the energetic field and the body’s natural responses, online sessions can be just as impactful for many clients. The experience may look different, but the underlying principles remain the same.

  • Preparation is simple. Wear comfortable clothing, stay hydrated, and come with an open mind. After your session, you may find it helpful to rest, journal, or take a gentle walk to support integration. Some people notice ongoing shifts for hours or days afterward, and giving yourself space to slow down can deepen the benefit.
