Hi, I’m Diana. I hold space for people who are ready to stop surviving and start thriving.
With a background in Psychology and years spent building my career in the corporate tech world, I’ve walked through my own cycles of burnout, disconnection, and overwhelm. Those experiences, and the healing journey that followed, shape the way I support others today.
Through Clinical Hypnotherapy, Spinal Energetics, and the Non-Linear Movement Method®, I help shift old limiting beliefs and patterns, release stored tension, and support the recalibration of your nervous system. Spinal Energetics is a gentle, somatic modality that works with the spine, nervous system, and energetic field to support your body’s natural ability to reorganise. Through gentle engagement with the spine and energetic field, your system may begin to reorganise and shift patterned tension. The process follows your body’s intelligence, and your system guides the pace of change.

Clinical Hypnotherapy works directly with the subconscious, which influences patterns, habits, emotional responses, and belief systems. While traditional therapy often focuses on conscious thoughts and insight, hypnotherapy helps update underlying patterns at the root. You remain aware and in control, but in a deeply relaxed state where meaningful change can occur more easily.

Yes. Hypnosis is a natural, focused state of awareness that most people experience in everyday life, such as being absorbed in a book or arriving somewhere without remembering the entire drive. You remain conscious, responsive, and in control throughout the session. The process is gentle, structured, and supports your system in making changes that feel safe and manageable.

Every system reorganises at its own pace, and many people begin to notice shifts within the first few sessions. In Spinal Energetics, a short series of sessions is often recommended so your system can adapt and integrate the work. In Clinical Hypnotherapy, changes also tend to build across several sessions as the subconscious becomes more familiar with the process and opens to new patterns. Committing to a small series supports deeper and more sustainable change.
